I find balance when I let go of my ego and desires. When they are gone, there is nothing left but to become one with the universe. And this is where my balance lies.

I have no trouble with being patient. If I could give some advice, it would be patience. It will benefit your life tremendously.

I would definitely choose Zen Buddhism . Simply for the fact that I practice it already, and find it to be a wonderful experience.

I lay in bed, turn on XM radio & listen to Lifestyle music. Then I clear my mind for thirty minutes and begin another beautiful day in the world.

What is the main difference between people with confidence & the people without? Is it that they live in essentially different worlds? Is the confident in a easier place where everyone supports their efforts at success and the less confident is in a harsher world where it is harder to succeed? No. The difference is not the world itself. The difference is how they view the world. The confident construct a reality out of the world around them, a reality which success is possible because they pay special attention to those who have succeeded and have carefully studied the path to success. Those who lack confidence, meanwhile, pay more attention to those who have failed and the obstacles that exist to thwart their efforts. It is much like two people walking next to each other on a busy city street, one looking up and the other down. The reality of the city is the same, but the view is very different.

Everyone wants to think of something new–solve a problem no one else can solve, offer a valuable idea no one else has conceived of.  We think that creativity, like any other task, can be bought and sold. But creativity is not the same as hard work and effort; it requires genuine inspiration. It is the product of mind thoroughly intrigued by a question, a situation, a possibility. Thus, creativity comes not in exchange for money or rewards but when we focus our attention on something because we want to.
